Photoshoped Model?

Sure its photoshoped.  Here is a result of a small technique I leared recently and it only took me less then 5 min to do it. 
What do you think?  This is what you usually see in magazines when this skin looks perfect like babys @55.  The really professional photoshopers and photographers which there are very little of, have to make the photo look so real that you can’t tell it was photoshoped. Ex. skin won’t be as smooth as this.

    you can see the smuge on the hip and her eyes dont look real

    doug the guy just used a filter surface blur then just changed the eye colour simply
